The Transmission Mode Setup

A transmission mode setup has been developed, whose design is similar to that described by other high-field EPR groups. [1] This setup is easy to use due to its low number of mechanical parts. The setup is designed to allow inserting frozen samples. In the present state this setup is used in conunction with a sweepable Gunn-oscillator and a broadband diode-detector. In the future this setup will be used with a less noisy detector and the high-power stable microwave source which is now used only for the resonator setup.
